Itinerary
Pre-Dawn Departure (2:00 AM):
Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel or accommodation in Bali, typically around 2:00 AM. Board a comfortable vehicle and embark on a scenic drive to the foothills of Mount Batur, located in the Kintamani region of Bali.
Arrival and Preparation (3:30 AM):
Upon arrival at the trekking starting point, meet your experienced guide who will provide a brief orientation and safety briefing before the ascent. Receive essential trekking equipment, including flashlights, walking sticks, and bottled water, ensuring you’re well-prepared for the journey ahead.
Trekking Ascent (4:00 AM – 6:00 AM):
Begin your ascent with your guide under the cover of darkness, following the well-marked trail that winds its way up the slopes of Mount Batur. Enjoy the trail as you ascend through volcanic-stone paths and lush grasslands, while the dawn sky slowly reveals its morning color.
Sunrise Viewing (6:00 AM – 6:30 AM):
Reach the summit of Mount Batur just in time for sunrise, where you’ll be treated to a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding landscapes and the mesmerizing sight of the sun rising over the horizon. Witness the sky ablaze with vibrant hues of orange and pink as the first light of day illuminates the island below, creating a truly magical and unforgettable moment.
Breakfast at Sunrise (6:30 AM – 7:30 AM):
After soaking in the stunning sunrise views and capturing memorable photos, enjoy the breakfast prepared by your guide. Feast on a simple yet satisfying meal of hot tea, coffee, chocolate, banana sandwich, boiled egg, fruits and biscuits, savoring the flavors amidst the tranquil ambiance of the mountain summit.
Crater Exploring & Descent (7:30 AM – 9:00 AM):
While still on the top, you could stroll around and marvel at the view of the crater. Then, begin your descent from the summit, retracing your steps along the trail back to the starting point. Take your time to enjoy the scenic views and snap some final photos of the surrounding landscapes before reaching the base of the mountain.
Batur Natural Hot Spring (9.00 AM – 11.00 AM):
After your sunrise adventure, unwind and rejuvenate your senses at the tranquil Batur Natural Hot Spring. Nestled amidst lush tropical surroundings and overlooking the shimmering waters of Lake Batur, this natural thermal oasis offers a soothing retreat for weary travelers. Coffee Plantation (12.00 PM – 1.00 PM):
